The Meeting Agenda is attached.  We will be reviewing our Annual Financial Statement, reviewing the 2019-2020 School Year for TCC Athletic Boosters, sharing some key updates around upcoming projects and announcing the NEW 2020 BOOSTER BASH DATE.  As important as all of those are, there is nothing more important in this meeting than our Board Elections.  As we have shared, we must have a New Board elected on May 4^th.  In order for TCC Athletic Boosters to function, a formal Board needs to be in place.  Keep in mind, one of the key functions for TCC Athletic Boosters is the financial support / processing for your Teams.  With all that said, we will be electing the following positions:

              President  -  We have heard a possible nomination but nothing formal

              Vice-President – We have heard that two people may run as Co-VP

              Secretary – We have one nomination at this time

              Treasurer – We have some who will accept a nomination next Monday at the Meeting

If you know someone who is willing to serve, please submit their name to Jeff Heethuis by May 3^rd – We will be voting on May 4^th.
