Central Girls Basketball lost a tough game in Alpena today 42-47. The girls played hard and the game went back and forth all night. Catelyn Heethuis hit a deep step back three at the end of the first to tie the game at 15 - 15. The Trojans kept fighting and took the lead at half 23-18. The score at the end of the 3rd was 26-25 Central. The Wildcats went 10-20 from the free throw line in the 4th quarter to take and hold the lead, finally winning 47-42. Catelyn Heethuis led the scoring for the Trojans with 13, despite being in foul trouble most of the night. Brooklin Royston added nine points, with a couple threes in the forth, and going 3 for 4 from the line.
