The varsity volleyball fought through 5 close matches to beat Alpena 25-19, 21-25, 23-25, 25-19, 15-7.
Emma Turnquist lead the offense with 23 kills, 6 digs and 2 aces. Maggie McCrary joined her bringing in 21 kills 5 digs and 2 blocks. Sarah Auger added in 5 kills and 3 blocks. Olivia Fiebing commanded the back row with 20 digs and 2 aces while having a perfect serving game.
The Trojans will travel to the Hudsonville Invite on Saturday October 5th.
