The Freshman team defeated Boyne City High School 69-5. It was a well balanced effort as all players recorded points and steals. As a team, they shot 56% from the field. Ashlen Hill led the team with 15 points and 6 steals; Halli Warner added 12 points and 5 steals; Sydney Rademacher had 11 points and 3 blocks; Cate Heethuis had 10 points and 4 assists.
